The Team

Anne Giliker

Anne is co-founder and is a seasoned procurement professional with recent experience as a secondary school teacher. This provides clear insight into the procurement needs of schools. Anne has also extensive experience in financial services at Barclays, Virgin Money and Bradford & Bingley plus Retail with Co-operative Group. She specialises in Supplier management, negotiation and delivering cost reduction whilst guiding on future strategic thinking

Anthony Giliker

Anthony is co-founder and has been consulting in Finance, Education and Energy for 25+ years. He specialises in implementing change across IT, HR and Operations. Particular focus on delivering cost reduction projects and providing strategic reviews on organisational change plans to identify the most effective way to plan for the future in an ever changing environment.

We have worked with independent schools and Multi-Academy Trusts to provide strategic expertise on managing operational aspects including tenders, change plans and project delivery.

Recent work includes:

- Delivering new cloud-based ERP systems for Payroll, HR and IT

- Managing the end to end tender process for: catering, cleaning, grounds maintenance, broadband, telephony, agency supply, photocopiers, learning resources and PPE equipment
